TEACHING YOU CAN TRUST
Teach from your body. Lead from your truth. Trust your own design.

We create spaces where people remember they belong.
Everything within this training—every practice, every conversation, every teaching lab, every moment of reflection—is created with this intention.
When we feel that we belong, something begins to soften.
We become curious instead of guarded.
We become present instead of performing.
We begin remembering the wisdom that has always been within us.
That is where trustworthy teaching begins.
There Comes a Moment…
There comes a moment in every teacher’s journey when learning more no longer feels like the answer.
You know the poses.
You understand sequencing.
You can guide a class.
And yet something quietly asks,
Can I trust myself while I teach?
Teaching You Can Trust was created for that moment.
This seven-month immersion is an invitation to move beyond performance and into presence—to discover what teaching feels like when it grows from the truth of who you already are.
This is not simply a yoga teacher training.
It is a practice of remembering.
More Than Anything…
My hope is that you leave this training feeling deeply seen, truly heard, and genuinely supported.
Because when we are seen, heard, and loved, something within us softens.
We stop striving.
We begin listening.
We remember.
From that place, trust begins to grow.
And teachers who trust themselves naturally create spaces where others feel safe enough to trust themselves too.
That is the heart of this training.
This Training Is Different
Most yoga teacher trainings focus on what to teach.
This training explores who is teaching.
Rather than asking you to become a different teacher, this training invites you to become more fully yourself.
Over seven months you’ll explore:
- Embodied awareness
- Nervous system regulation
- Authentic communication
- Sustainable leadership
- Yoga philosophy as lived experience
- Practice teaching
- Reflective journaling
- Human Design-informed self-understanding
- Small-group mentorship
You won’t leave with someone else’s teaching style.
You’ll leave with a deeper relationship with your own.
Our Philosophy
We believe trustworthy teaching begins long before we stand at the front of the room.
It begins in the quiet moments when we learn to listen.
To slow down.
To notice.
To tell the truth.
To trust what our body already knows.
Teaching becomes trustworthy when the teacher remains connected to themselves.
Not because they have all the answers.
But because they are willing to meet themselves—and their students—with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
What Makes This Training Different
Every month is intentionally designed to build upon the one before it.
Rather than filling you with information, we create space for integration.
Throughout the training we weave together:
- Embodied yoga practice
- Nervous system awareness
- Yoga philosophy
- Teaching labs
- Practice teaching
- Guided reflection
- Human Design Remembering
- Authentic leadership
- Community
- Mentorship
Learning becomes something you live—not simply something you study.

Month Five — Perception
Seeing Clearly
Strengthen your ability to observe with compassion.
Differentiate intuition from assumption.
Cultivate clear seeing without judgment.
Month Six — Differentiation
Your Way
Release comparison.
Honor your natural gifts.
Discover the teaching style that is uniquely yours.
Month Seven — Integration
Teaching You Can Trust
Bring together everything you’ve explored throughout the journey.
Celebrate your growth through embodied leadership, practice teaching, reflection, and a graduation ceremony honoring the teacher you have become.
Human Design Integration
Every participant receives a private Human Design Remembering before the training begins.
This is not about placing you into a category.
It is not about comparing yourself with others.
Instead, it offers another way of understanding your own natural rhythm.
Together we explore:
- Decision-making
- Energy
- Communication
- Learning
- Leadership
- Relationships
- Authentic expression
You are not learning to teach Human Design.
You are learning to teach from your own design.
Yoga Philosophy
Yoga philosophy is woven throughout the entire training as a lived experience rather than an academic subject.
Each month invites you into a different philosophical exploration.
- Ahimsa — Non-Harming
- Satya — Truthfulness
- Svadhyaya — Self-Study
- Brahmacharya — Wise Relationship with Energy
- Avidya to Vidya — From Misperception to Clear Seeing
- Dharma — Living Your Authentic Path
- Yoga — Union
Rather than asking, “What does this philosophy mean?”
We ask,
“How does this philosophy live within me?”

Begin the Journey
Teaching yoga is about far more than offering postures.
It is about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to return to themselves.
That begins with the teacher.
When you learn to trust yourself, your students feel it.
When you teach from presence instead of performance, your students experience it.
And when you remember who you are, you quietly give others permission to do the same.
The greatest investment is not becoming someone else.
It is learning to trust who you already are.
If something within you recognizes itself in these words, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.
